This Policy explains what personal data maryan4ik.dev ("Controller") collects, why, and how it is protected. It follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU visitors, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

• Data you provide: name, Telegram handle, phone, e-mail, project description, budget. • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited, referral source. • Cookies and analytics data (Google Analytics, ad platform pixels).

• Contacting you and preparing an offer (consent, pre-contract steps). • Contract performance and payment (contract, legal obligations such as accounting). • Analytics, site improvement, remarketing (consent, legitimate interest). • Fraud prevention and site security.

We use necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser or use Google tools to opt out of personalized ads. Disabling some cookies may affect parts of the site.

We do not sell personal data. It may be processed by a limited set of providers: hosting, analytics (Google), ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta), messengers (Telegram, Viber), payment systems. They process data under their own policies and only as needed.

Inquiries are kept up to 3 years after the last interaction. Contract data is kept as long as accounting law requires. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

We apply organizational and technical measures: HTTPS, restricted access, two-factor authentication. No transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under Article 8 of the Law "On Personal Data Protection" you may: learn the sources and place of processing; access your data; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent; complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. EU visitors also have the rights to portability and restriction of processing.

The site is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
