Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

General

This policy sets the conditions for refunds for maryan4ik.dev services. It applies together with the Terms of Service and takes into account the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Laws "On Consumer Rights Protection" and "On Electronic Commerce".

Before work starts

If the Provider has not started work (no materials received, no stages completed), the prepayment is refunded in full on request.

After work starts

The Client may terminate at any time by paying for the work actually done and confirmed Provider costs (Article 907 of the Civil Code). The unused part of the prepayment is refunded. Stages already accepted are not refunded.

Consumer right to withdraw (14 days)

If the Client is a consumer and the contract is concluded remotely, they may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason (Article 12 of the Law "On Electronic Commerce"). If the service has been fully delivered with the consumer's consent, the right does not apply. If partly delivered, the Client pays proportionally for the delivered scope.

Subscriptions (SMM, support)

Cancel by notifying the Provider at least 7 days before the next paid period starts. A paid period in which work has begun is not refunded; services not delivered through the Provider's fault are credited or refunded.

Non-refundable

• Funds paid to ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and third parties for domains, hosting, licenses, stock assets. • Completed and accepted stages. • Work not accepted because the Client was unreachable for more than 14 days.

If the result does not match the specification

The Provider fixes defects free of charge within an agreed time. If the deviation cannot be fixed, the Client may get a refund for the relevant stage.

How to request
